I had an excellent value for my money, especially with the spacious and well-designed room that offered complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff were helpful, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby bars and restaurants.

We got a deluxe twin room, it was soundproof. The location was marvellous and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed that it was set short walk to the famous night market, Kaohsiung arena, and amazing restaurants a beautiful view to boot...

H2O provided an really good experience with attentive service right from the High-Speed Rail station pickup, which was free and convenient. The staff displayed a warm and polite demeanor, showing a strong emphasis on customer service. I had a great start with the free shuttle service from the HSR station; super convenient! The staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome right from the get-go. I appreciated the complimentary drinks in the room, and the location was a huge plus-just a 3-minute walk to the MRT and tons of nearby food options. Plus, the rooftop pool bar was a nice touch after a long day.
My experience wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. I had to deal with some weird noise at night—sounded like machinery humming, which really disrupted my sleep. the lighting in the room was pretty dim for my taste. It felt a bit gloomy, and I prefer a brighter vibe when I'm relaxing. it was just an okay stay—definitely room for improvement!

Loved my stay in Kaohsiung, and would be happy to recommend it. The deluxe room was modern, included a hairdryer, a bidet and bathrobes. The location of the hotel was particularly good and ideal - not too far from Kaohsiung Arena. Moreover, it's short walk to subway station and the famous night market as well as Kaohsiung.

I had a fantastic stay at this awesome hotel! The rooftop pool and bar were super cool, perfect for winding down after meetings and enjoying the views. My room was spacious with a comfy bed, and the breakfast options were really good. Plus, it's just a short walk to a fun night market, which made it easy to explore after work.
I did have some issues with noise from the ventilation at night, which was really distracting. It wasn’t too bad, but definitely took away from an otherwise relaxing experience. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to keep this in mind!

The ambiance is captivating, with beautifully designed rooms that embody a blend of comfort and luxury. Every meal was an lovely experience, particularly the breakfast, where I could indulge in both Western and Asian cuisines made to order. I loved soaking up the sun at the fine rooftop pool, enjoying the chic atmosphere and fantastic views.

I had the most unremarkable stay. The lighting in my room was so dim, it was like a dungeon. I was also appalled by how early the rooftop pool closed at 7 PM-who even does that? I would've at least expected an upgrade or a complimentary drink to offset these disappointments, but alas, i received nothing.
